DETAILS OF DEATH

On 13 March 1892 Constable Brown was walking in Williamson Street Bendigo when without warning he was struck in the mouth by David Storey. The violence of the blow caused Brown to fall and he struck his head on a stone water channel. His skull was fractured and he died as a result of the injury.
