Scott was a member of a party of four, including customs officer Peter Siep, Pilot john Bell and Federal Agent Steve Hill, who were on a joint drug surveillance exercise when their Cessna 337 crashed near Mount Manypeaks, North East of Albany. Scott joined the Police Force on July 5th 1982.
