Kennaugh was killed when the car driven by Senior Constable Glenn Murray hit a tree on the median strip on the Mandurah Road near Singleton between 8.28pm and 8.30pm. Murray was seriosuly injured. Kennaugh joined the Police Force on April 14 1986.
