About 12.25 a.m. Sunday 6 April 1952 Constable Creusot was riding a police motor cycle north along Nicholson Street Carlton. He collided with a motor car at the intersection of Princes Street and was fatally injured. He died later the same day at the St. Vincent’s Hospital.
